During my time as a Registrar I was fortunate enough to support literally thousands of people through the planning and delivery of their ceremonies. Through my years of experience I have learned to read people and anticipate their needs, and I enjoy nothing more than guiding and inspiring them to tailor their ceremony to suit their personalities – the more unusual the better! I live in the centre of Salisbury, am married to Pete, have three gorgeous children, several step children, a chocolate Labrador called Poppy and two Bengal cats. I have just completed an honours degree through the Open University and I speak fluent Italian and French. In my spare time I enjoy music festivals (Glastonbury is my favourite), reading, walking and yoga.
I started conducting ceremonies in 2004 and in my many years as a Registrar, I have been directly involved in over 2000 ceremonies, including marriages, civil partnerships, naming and renewal of vow ceremonies. I relish my involvement at such important and significant moments in people’s lives. This experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm has led to me gaining many plaudits for my ceremonies, and it is always a great pleasure to know that my input is appreciated. Before working in Registration, I was a Catering Manager in London and so have a wealth of experience in organising and directing a variety of large events. I live near Salisbury and am happily married to my husband Andy, we have two grown up children and two black Labradors.
